Look for it at this year's Phillies games. Helen Denise, NJ CEO Space member, has won the 2009 New Jersey Institute of Technology New Business Contest as best presentation and most ready for funding. She has presently obtained over 200,000 dollars in funding for her invention: Maybemom, a reusable device that detects ovulation with 98% Accuracy using a woman's saliva. Jerry Hickman, DE CEO Space member, has won the 2009 Delaware Emerging Technology Center Business Plan Award for his 911 Locator System. This award now positions Jerry to attract greater investments. Shayle Durkin, CEO Space NJ member, inventor of the HeadsUp Safety device has raised over 500,000 dollars for his project and is now taking his project to market within a 3 year window. Potential markets include: insurance industry, auto industry, and sports industry just to name a few. CEO Space has assisted Shayle in every step of his process. These members brought their projects to CEO Space and have put together the needed team to write a business plan that will attract investors. They have also used CEO Space resources to assemble and polish Power Point presentations for raising capital. On June 20 Lisa Nichols, author of the book No Matter What, will be in NJ on her US book tour.
