MadLUG is the Madison area Linux Users Group. Our goals are Linux advocacy, education, helping others with Linux, community-building, sharing ideas, and outreach. Our users come from a variety of backgrounds. Some are academics and students; others are system administrators, web designers and other IT professionals; and others simply enjoy computers. We have a diverse set of interests and ideas. There's always lots of great discussion on all things Linux, software, and technology.
